Xfinity Mobile Scam

I am SO frustrated with xfinity mobile service. They are running a scam. Please see the screenshots below. 1st they offered me a free watch and said my bill won't go up. After receiving the watch my bill went up. In my recent bill, they charged an extra $250 or so for a device that I don't have. I called on February 24th, 2026 at 11:16AM and spent 28 minutes and 10 seconds on the call the agent said it will be fixed in couple of days. After waiting for  weeks I had to call again. On April 13th, 2026 at 1:55PM I called but the agent disconnected the call. I called again and spent around 35 minutes. The agent said the error will be corrected but instead the bill went upto $713.36. I have attached screenshots and also have call recordings with the agent.

[Edited: "Inflammatory"]. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME AND IF YOU ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR THEY WILL NEVER CONNECT YOU

THIS EXPERIENCE IS EXTREMELY EGREGIOUS

We’re really sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been, and we can understand why you’d be upset after multiple calls, long hold times, and seeing unexpected charges continue to escalate. That’s absolutely not the experience we want for you @user_k77gbt!

We’d like the opportunity to review the promotion for the watch, the device charges being billed, and the billing changes you’re seeing, so we can understand what went wrong and work toward a resolution. Since this involves account‑specific details we’ll need to look at this over DM.
