Xfinity mobile problems
I was on hold with an agent for over an hour waiting for him and the Xfinity team to issue me a refund for my bill this month. I had been calling and having to discuss a problem with my bill since I started the service. 1. I was promised a free line for a year which never happened. 2. I traded in two phones for the new phones I ordered and I never once got the trade in discount for them. 3. I ended my Xfinity care plan last month because it was not half off like it was supposed to be and was charging me the full amount for both phones. I was told it would go into effect this month, but instead of my bill being less I was charged even more this month almost $200.
That payment was processed just 2 days ago and In short, I have been getting over charged since I started my lines at Xfinity. I got on the phone with one of Xfinity’s agents just like I have had to do every month since November and he told me they would be issuing me a reimbursement for this month, but I would be on hold for “a few minutes” because there had been billing errors on Xfinity’s part. After an hour and a half on hold, and no response, the called ended and I was sent an email saying both my lines were cancelled. No refund was issued whatsoever and it’s actually saying now that I owe $8.28 for this month, and to top it off, both my phone numbers which I transferred to my Xfinity lines from other companies are unavailable for me to use and possibly will be given to somebody else. All in all very disappointed with Xfinity’s mobile service as a whole and there is no way for me to even reach out to an actual person right now so the message boards will have this long message
