Xfinity mobile payment arrangement

On August 13th I called customer service and asked if I was eligible for flexible payments. They changed my plan, made my bill more manageable, I was told that I was approved for 12 payments of around $44. They even emailed  a copy of my payment schedule. Well ,6 days later, on August 19th, the arrangement was canceled.  They even called on Friday three times  ,I answered  saying hello at least 2 times with no response.  Finally ,on Saturday the 22nd, my phone service was cut off.  When I called customer service and explained that I had made payment arrangement, they explained that they were sorry that they  went in and canceled the arrangement .I complained, that it wasn't fair, they said they would see what they could do, came back and said they couldn't do anything for me.

Hello @user_0i1etu, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear about the experience you've had with your Xfinity Mobile payment arrangement. I can certainly understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be, especially after taking the time to set up the arrangement only for it to be cancelled. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we would like the opportunity to help turn this experience around. We'd be happy to review the account details to better understand what occurred and work toward finding the best possible solution for your situation. For your privacy and the security of your account, if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to send us a direct message:
