Xfinity mobile nightmare come true.

1. My account is showing I owe on a phone that’s been paid off for over a year and a half

2. I ordered a phone and 2 watches. FedEx employees stole them. My boxes came empty. I opened them in front of the delivery man who called his boss. You could tell they had been tampered with. I need a resolution a lot sooner rather than later.
