Xfinity Mobile Line not Transferred after move

I sat on the phone with a rep

for 2hrs . We got a new account made for Wifi services and he told me he was able to transfer my mobile service over to so I don’t have to pay the extra fees! It didnt work, its not showing up in my Xfinity account whatsoever. I’m not trying to pay 100+ for mobile and then another 80$ for the wifi. Thats completely out of my budget. I need help resolving this or i will have to cancel

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
