Xfinity mobile is charging me extra for a watch that should've been removed months ago. They claimed to have removed it 3 times
At the end of April, I called xfinity customer service because my bill had been higher than I expected. It had been the second month in a row that was the case. The representative told me he would fix my bill and that I have an offer active for 2 free watches and assured me that my bill would be what I was supposed to be paying. I took his word for it and he orders the watches. One of the watches arrived on time and activated with no issues. The other watch gets broken by fed-ex during delivery and xfinity ends up taking it back and sends a "replacement". Come next bill it's much higher than they said it would and I called them again. It turns out, according to them, that only one watch is actually free and I would have to pay for or return the other watch. I decided to keep it as it's already been a month and figured I've just been duped into buying a watch by the representative. They told me my broken watch was actually still on my account and I'm being charged for it as well. I asked them to remove it and they opened up 2 separate tickets to get it removed and I was told it was removed. In June I got another really high bill and I called AGAIN to get it fixed. I talked to 2 different people and the last person I talked to once again ASSURED me that the extra watch was removed and I would receive my bill of $165. This month, LO AND BEHOLD MY BILL IS $212 AND THE WATCH IS STILL ON MY ACCOUNT AND I'M STILL BEING CHARGED FOR IT. It doesn't matter what I do or who I ask I'm constantly being lied to and deceived by these representatives and I'm being charged more than what I'm promised!
