Xfinity mobile is a joke

Do not go with Xfinity mobile! We haven't even had them a year, and our account was hacked and our numbers ported out. This happened a month ago, and it's still not fixed. We have one phone number back and the other is still an ongoing issue. Not to mention they're still charging us. You're account and information is not secure. The people who got into our account and took our phone number used it to access our banking accounts. Customer service is a complete [edited: profanity]. You're lucky if you get to speak to someone, and when you do, they don't understand English or refer to notes on the account. We've called over 20 times and have to constantly explain the issue and ask for a manager. We've even been hung up several times. They do not resolve issues, they create them. Don't fall for the discounts and get this service. It's so easy for scammers to call in or access your account online and port out your number with no accountability from Xfinity!
