Xfinity mobile false charges
I recieved a sim card for xfinity mobile. Realized with my current provider I would not be able to end payments and activate my current phone with xfinity mobile. I had to "activate" the sim card to cancel the service which I did in person at a xfinity store. I was charged to be sent a sim card then drive that sim card to a store and have it canceled. Previous to this I tried to do a xfinity internet change of service address and you guys messed up every single step of that. Canceled my service too soon at current address incorrectly set up new address tried to charge me for equipment that I did not have. I am so fed up with your service. If I had any other option for internet I would use it because you guys obviously can't handle simple tasks.
