xfinity mobile discount of $20 not being applied to my internet bill
My 800mbps internet plan is eligible for $20 discount for adding a mobile line. I added a new line in December 2022, and another one in January and still, I have not been receiving this discount. I have chatted with customer service reps multiple times and they assure me that it will be applied, but it never gets applied. Could you please help me? I have chat transcripts saved from past chat sessions promising the discount.
Could you please help resolve this?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
