Xfinity Mobile Debit Visa Card Balance Error
I checked my balance on 07/25/2022 and it was $135.44. The expiration date on my card is through the end of 08/22 and when I tried to make a purchase last night 07/31/2022 the purchase was denied due to $0 funds! I do not understand why my $135.44 balance suddenly disappeared and want this situation corrected. Can someone with Xfinity please help me get my balance back?

I called the Xfinity Mobile number you recommended and shared my situation with the representative who then put me on hold to discuss it with her supervisor. Once she came back on the line she said she would have to send my request up to the highest customer service level in the system for finance and a account service and that someone from there would be in contact with me in 3-5 days but I still haven’t received that call or email! Can you please help me with this and get my debit card balance restored?
