Xfinity mobile data usage

I’m on the mobile plan with the 30 GB high speed and got an email saying that I had reached the limit. I checked the app that day and it said I’d only used around 18 GB. I figured it would need a day or two to catch up, but I checked today and the app said I’d only used 19 GB. If I’m paying for 30 GB of high-speed, I expect to receive that each month.

  2. Verify if there are any data usage details or settings that might clarify the difference.

I verified all this. I've not been able to identify any issues that would constitute a 10 GB difference. I will continue to monitor and inform if this occurs again. There might be more customers out there that are experiencing this as well.
