Xfinity mobile customer service are scammers
this is borderline fraud. They promise you a promo and then after getting you to sign up after questioning prices, they say don’t worry, I assure you the price will be this and that. I have all the transcripts. I’ve also been told for months that I will receive a gift card for transitioning my device from
tmobile. Never got anything and they just keep saying you’ll get the card in a few days. This is absolutely fraud.
