Xfinity Mobile Address

I am trying to purchase a new iPhone, however, my Xfinity mobile address is incorrect. It was previously my old address, but now it is updated to an address I don’t live at.  I’ve been to the store and have done numerous chats, with each agent lying that the issue would be resolved.  In addition a ticket was submitted and closed, even though the issue was not properly taken care of. I’m starting to think about switching to another carrier, because comcast cannot handle even the simplest of things.

@user_uwew0m Service interruptions shouldn't prevent you from contacting us. You can check the Xfinity app to see if there are any service interruptions reported in your area. I can also check but I'll need your information via DM.
