Xfinity Mobile Accounts
I was told by an xfinity agent that I can have two completely separate xfinity mobile accounts. I live in the basement of my mom’s house and rent it so my boyfriend and I want to be on our own xfinity mobile plan while my mom already has her own. I want to make absolutely sure this is possible. The agent said she would need to switch the internet to my account temporarily then switch it back over to my mom’s, then my plan would be mobile lines only of just my boyfriend and I NOT including my mom’s lines as well.

To start, when it comes to Xfinity accounts in general, there can only be one account per address active in our system at a time, and with Xfinity Mobile services, you are required to have active Xfinity internet to qualify. For example, in your situation if the internet account for the address you live at is already in your mom's name, then that would mean any Xfinity Mobile services tied to it would have to be tied back to your mom by default. The only way you'd be able to have Xfinity Mobile services separate from your mom would be if you were able to either have your mom transition the internet account into your name, or to have internet services active at a different address in your name.
