Xfinity messed up my new sod

Hi so I was a customer back in my old house I moved to a new home and only available carrier was AT&T but xfinity has installed lines and totally messed up my new sod very disappointed I wanted to switch back to you guys but my yard is really damaged cause of your workers

I completely understand where you're coming from with being disappointed with the situation, if that happened to my lawn I'd be reaching out as well. I'd like to open a damage claim for you to help get this repaired.
