Xfinity may be the most incompetent company in the history of the world.
The idiots at Xfinity keep telling me there are no problems with my service even though I've been trying to tell them for about 5 days now that their cables are lying on the ground under a fallen tree in their right-of-way in the woods behind my house. They seem to think that they can solve problems with artificial intelligence, but AI systems implemented by idiots are almost certain to fail. I guess it's time to give Verizon a call. Hopefully, they have actual human beings working there.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
