xfinity manage now subscription

I am writing to you to cancel xfinity prepaid internet subcription bought one month $30  i tried to cancel with now portal but was unsuccessful they said it might just run out after one month i need to cancel in order to return modem i no longer need now internet services thank you

If you cancel NOW Internet, service will stop immediately and you won’t receive any refund for the rest of the billing period. You also won’t be able to restart services without creating a new account and getting new equipment. You can learn more about managing your NOW service here.
