Xfinity made internet worst

Xfinity replace router with new one. Internet very slow. Sorry we had Xfinity make the change: prefer talking with customer service.

Hello, @user_6an3ah thank you for taking time to create a post here over Xfinity Forums. Working from home myself, I completely understand the importance of having your home network performing optimally, and would definitely like to help investigate the speed issue further. 

- Was the new gateway shipped/picked up at a Xfinity Store, or was it installed by a technician?
