Xfinity Login page not loading while trying to connect to prepaid wifi
I just set up my prepaid wifi, connected all the cables and activated, but when I put the password into my iphone wifi settings the xfinity login pages pops up. The page doesn’t load and only shows a white screen. My modem is flashing 5ghz light but no other lights are flashing.

Greetings, @user_edeab6! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your service, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
If you are only seeing the "5.8 GHz" light (along with the "Power" light, I assume), that usually indicates you are not getting a signal to your modem. I would double-check all the cable connection points and make sure everything is tightly secured. You may also want to try plugging your modem in to a different cable outlet in the home, if you have more than one. The previous resident may have been using a different cable outlet, and it is not uncommon for an installer to deactivate all the unused outlets in a home, to reduce unnecessary feedback in the lines.
