Xfinity live chat feature is useless
The Xfinity live feature is useless, because I keep being put in a loop meaning I have to answer the same questions and never get to a live agent to live chat with. My mom’s Xfinity Internet has been going on and off during the day since yesterday. We live in an apartment inside of one of many apartment buildings in an apartment complex where the first four buildings have a Gwinnett, GA address of some kind and the rest has a Tucker, GA 30084 address including use.
The Xfinity internet needs to quit going in and out and/or stop working for us during the day since yesterday, Wednesday, March 11, 2026 since my mom works 10 hour shifts from home on Mondays and Wednesdays through Fridays and needs access to Internet that doesn’t go out on her during the especially when she has a Microsoft Teams meeting once a week. I also need access to the Internet because I have groups that meet via Zoom and a once a week therapy session with my therapist on Wednesdays 3 pm to 3:45 pm via Google Meet app. I also need it to not only get my work schedule, but information in a week about this coffee shop position I did a Google Meet interview about yesterday, Wednesday, March 11, 2026 to see if they are willing to go on and give me training and to send me a manual.

@user_i0k389 I’m sorry to hear of the issues you're having with your internet connection. You're in the right place for a resolution.
As a friendly reminder our Help and Support page is a great way to look up troubleshooting steps along with some tricks and tips on how to optimize your internet connection.
Here's that link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting
I would like to start with having you check the connections on the back of your modem and at the wall to ensure everything is finger tight and secure with reconnection.
Are you using a separate router with your gateway?
Have you had the chance to restart your modem and routers?
