Xfinity Live Agent Survey

I wanted to leave a great review on my survey from my experience with my live agent, but I never received the survey at the end of the chat. I keep trying to find a way to send direct messages on here, and I tried using this link (https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging) but it takes me to the Xifinity Forums home page. Any help I can get with this?
