Xfinity lines fell off house

I have been trying to get in touch with a live agent , this Xfinity routing system from the AI Agent to the useless phone is horrendous. 

They wire your team set up only 3 weeks got ripped off our house somehow & all I can get from all the customer service tools is router troubleshooting. It is impossible to tell someone that a wire is dangerously dangling on a public sidewalk in Philadelphia now.
