Xfinity line in concrete

Hello, 

I live in a townhouse and the HOA had a company redo the porches in the rear of the house. The company put the line from the Xfinity box through the concrete. I am contacting a technician to see if this is up to code/the correct way. It was not like this before, I have added a picture.

nareuille - Thank you for joining the Xfinity Forum community and for sharing the photo of the work completed by the company your HOA had hired. It looks fine. Are you experiencing any issues with your Xfinity services? Are the other homes in the community like that too?

No we aren’t having issues with our service it just looked like it was a mistake. Other homes in the community do not have any cables going through the concrete.

nareuille, I get the caution and wanting to make sure everything was reinstalled correctly. I'm glad to hear your services are still performing as they should, that's always the first thing we want to check on. I can help with creating a ticket to generate a work order to investigate that lockbox. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
