Xfinity Line Damaged With No Help
I pay for 2Gb internet service from Xfinity, but I usually only receive around 50Mb. On September 27, a technician came out and confirmed that the problem is the damaged line running from the outside box to my house.
After the technician came to our house on September 27, he called in a new work order, which has existed since then. Since that time, I have rescheduled the repair five times. On two of those five times, the third-party company LVI called to schedule a day to replace the line, but they never showed up. Xfinity has now missed multiple scheduled appointments, leaving me without the internet speed I am paying for, despite confirming the line is damaged. I need the outside line replaced and my service restored to the promised speeds.
