xfinity lies

I have been with xfinity for a little over 2 years. They increased my bill for no reason about 3 months ago. Then they shut our tv box off and said I had to get a new one. I drove up and got a new box. It took 24 hours to get back the bare minimum of channels.

Xfinity has now lowered my wifi speed and increased my bill, once again for no reason. I called and of course customer service doesn't know anything. They are useless. They are in another country and have no clue as to what I am talking about. That's right, xfinity has the worst customer service. They really don't care any about the customers. No surprise there.

When I was standing in line at xfinity i noticed they now guarantee prices for 5 years. I guarantee that's a lie. I'm sure theres fine print in there where they increase the bill.

So within 3 months my bill went up $55.00. My wifi speed has decreased to 100 mbps. It took me hours to get this last issue with the tv resolved. I pay my bills on time. I don't have time for xfinity's scam games. I work for a living.

Xfinity I have been a customer for the past 24 years. The way we got out of your price increases is shutting off xfinity and putting it in a different name every year. I've had friends that you had increased their bill to 325 a month.

Come Monday I will be with Verizon. I have never before had the choice. Because xfinity has a monopoly in most places. Oh but this time I do. When I had xfinity installed here I knew you'd increase the price for no reason. One time they lied and said taxes. I called the government, there was no increase in taxes. I believe you got in trouble for that lie. You are greedy liars and I hope you go out of business.

I hate to hear what you are expressing, but I will be more than happy to help address your concerns. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
