Xfinity Lies

There's been an Internet outage for over a week now. I received a text message from Xfinity saying my service would be restored at 1:35 pm today, 10/5/24. It's 9:28 pm and I still don't have internet! My question is why is Xfinity lying about when services will be restored?

I really just want to know if I'm on contract with yall because I do plan on canceling my service, contract or not!!! Xfinity has become antiquated and unreliable.

I need a representative to contact me ASAP!!!

Xfinity lies about everything that's what the company policy I guess is now and has been for many years. I've been having issues and have been a customer for 18 years with that company and have had many service calls and just in the year 2024 had three people come to my house to quote unquote fix an issue that never resolved itself and still having an issue and yet the record show no one came to my house how is that not a lie and they keep increasing costs after cost after cost for nothing for the exact same stuff that keeps happening I have to pay more
