Xfinity keeps sending me text messages every two weeks

Xfinity keeps sending me text messages every two weeks asking for equipment to be returned that I do not have. I have talked to someone via chat at Xfinity and they said they would fix this. There should be a transcript.  please stop sending me text messages asking me to return equipment. I have already returned any equipment in the past that I wasn’t using and I only have equipment that I use and pay for each month.
