Xfinity keeps denying and won't fix this bug in the online account settings with auto changing phone number

I have been getting the below email a couple times per month.  Xfinity says it is spam, I've changed my password.  The reason I know its legitimate is I login to xfinity (not clicking the email) and strangely it will show my email isnt changed by my phone number IS changed to (111) 111-1111.  

So then I fix and change my phone number, confirm its fixed online.  And then a few weeks later it happens all over again and I get the below email and my phone number is changed back to (111) 111-1111.

Xfinity customer support is clueless says its not them but its obviously a bug in their system they keep denying.  What do i do?
