xfinity keeps creating an account for the wrong address

im trying to move. I've canceled my xfinity now service and every time I try to purchase and set up for a new plan it automatically creates in account for the wrong address. Even if I specifically set the shipping and billing address to the new location. I now paid for yet another month of service for an address that is incorrect.

user_hqktwd Thank you for reaching out about your NOW Internet service! To transfer your NOW Internet service, you must cancel your current service through your NOW Portal and sign up for a new account at your new address, as equipment cannot be moved. The cancellation is immediate, so initiate this when ready to move; you will receive a new NOW Internet Gateway at your new address.

I did. I canceled through the portal and signed up for a new account with a new address but it still signed me up for the wrong address.

user_hqktwd I would recommend reaching out to the NOW Internet support team for additional assistance. Your new address may not be eligible for NOW Internet service.

user_hqktwd You might try the chat option directly from the NOW Internet page. Support for NOW Internet is only available through online chat, our team and other social media teams are unable to assist with the NOW Internet platform. 
 
Since Xfinity services are available at your new location, you may want to try post paid Xfinity Internet. You may qualify for a new 5-year customer promotion and a free Xfinity Mobile Select line for 1 year! Our Xfinity Mobile service has helped our members save money from their current carrier, you could be next! Members that have Xfinity post paid Internet in the home are already eligible for Xfinity Mobile. There are no line fees, members pay for the data plan you choose each month. You have an option to bring your devices if compatible, and you can purchase a new device upfront, or on a payment plan. Have you considered switching mobile providers?
