xfinity junction box broken - dangerous
There is an xfinity junction box, one of those green things, where the cover came off, and the wires are exposed. We manage the snowmobile trail there on [Edited: "Personal Information"]. this box is in the ditch area, which is permitted for snowmobiling this time of year. We are concerned that with the recent snow falls, the broken box, and the base are going to get covered with snow, and if someone hits it with their sled, they could go air born, roll over or even get pushed out into traffic, and someone could get hurt. CenturyLink has confirmed the box is NOT theirs. How do I reach some one at Xfinity to be sure people don't get hurt, and that neighborhood does not have disruption in services?
