Xfinity Issue Reporting Tool Errors
I am trying to get help with a cable line that has detached from my house and from the utility pole, is laying in my yard and is at risk of falling into the street if it's not addressed. I have tried reporting this as a safety issue for three days now through the safety reporting tool, but no tickets have been opened for my account and I keep receiving this error when submitting:
