Xfinity is the worst service I’ve ever received

I was told I would get $10 off a month on my Internet and receive bill credits. Xfinities agent either was completely incompetent at their job or straight up lied. Once my year is over I will never use Xfinity again. Complete joke of a company. After bringing this to their attention they ignored me for a week “while they conducted an investigation” never reached out to me and said it’s past the 30 days so there’s nothing we can do

user_6iyi8f I'm sorry to learn about your experience, and our team would be happy to help however we can as well. Can you provide more details on what the discount was for? Was it the promotional rate for internet that didn't match what was quoted? I ask since most times, the autopay/paperless discount is included in the quote for max savings, but is not required.
