Xfinity Is the worst experience ever had!

[Edited: "Inflammatory"]. The only reason i have xfinity in my house, is because thats the only company that have service available in my street since i moved. [Edited: "Language"/"Inflammatory"]. [Edited: "Inflammatory"], they dont give you notice you about erros, missing info, or whatever is needed or hapening. The only thing that they are great, and do with perfection is, create new accounts for new costumers and sent you bills, they never fail on this. 3 mounths, this is what tooked me to receive a refound from them, after calling them a lot of times, because evrey time i called they gave me a diferent refound date, a refound that wasnt suposed to be charged from me by first of all.
Got ACP aproved, and after a mounth and half, and alredy 2 trys to active the ACP benefts with them, i still dint get my benefts. They still sayng that my ACP ID wasnt found, whitch is not true, cause i called the ACP program and checked with them all the information and they said thats all rigth and ready and xfinity can call them and do whatever they need by phone with them, but guess what: "xfinity cant do this" , and the xfinity costumer service is the only way i can try one more time (do the same thing that have been done twice and dint worked) to active my ACP, not evem a xfinity store, no one can help me in person with this. Soon as I have a new provider availble in my street, ill move out from xfinity, [Edited: "Solicitation"]. My friends, none of them use xfinity, because they know how bad it is. unfortunatly i got stuck.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@TH-93

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time with your ACP benefit.  Just to let you know, the information you gave to ACP must match exactly the information that Comcast has for you, otherwise there will be problems with you getting your benefit.  If you gave ACP the name Robert, for example, but you signed up for Comcast as Bob, it's not going to be found.

The other thing is, after you got your ID, did you call Comcast to let them know?  And sometimes it takes a billing period or two before the benefit starts, so you might want to be patient for another month.
