Good morning @user_dih5n3, we'd be happy to review your account with you and compare your recent bills. It's possible you had a promotion expire. You can check page 3 of your Xfinity Statement, where you can see any promotional discount in green text. Promotional details and expiration dates are also available in the Xfinity App in the Account section.

I took plan for 2 months ago. Now it is changed without notice. Xfinity agent changed my plan and charging more

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
