Xfinity is repeatedly blocking First Baptist Church of Glenarden including the main church link, fbcglenarden.com

Xfinity has started blocking links belonging to First Baptist Church of Glenarden.  Started being a problem with the new security.  This is one of the largest churches in the DMV.  Why in the world would they block them?  Each time you submit a report they unblock, but it doesn't stay unblocked.  You have to repeat the process. This is just totally unsatisfactory.  What is the permanent fix for this??

Greetings, @user_3ormtz! Thanks for reaching out about the website being blocked. A website can be blocked by Xfinity CyberSecure. If a website seems blocked by mistake, you can submit a review request at spa.xfinity.com. The team will review the request, and you should get an update within three business days.

 

To submit a request to have a blocked website reviewed for possible unblocking:

  1. Go to spa.xfinity.com.
  2. Select Report an issue at the bottom of the page.
  3. Select I can't reach a website that I want to go to from the drop-down menu. Then, click Continue.
  4. Enter the full URL for the blocked site.
  5. Enter your email address to get a confirmation email.
  6. Add any other comments you’d like to provide.
  7. Click Review.
  8. Review your answers. Then, click Submit.
