Xfinity is not loyal to customers.

My Xfinity went from $313 in January to $485 in December. This absurd. The last time this happened I had to change the service from my wife's name to my name. In other words 27 years of service to a company does not mean anything.

This time I called in December to renew and somehow my information was lost and my rate went up to and incredible $485/mo. It is just about impossible to talk to a representative especially about billing. The customer service is the worst ever and the double talk and lying by representatives is very disappointing. I will be taking my hard earned money to YouTube.

I was able to resolve my issue with a senior member of the loyalty department.  Very glad that I didn't have to change cable TV provider.

Good afternoon user_c80vea. We would certainly be sorry to see you go. I can assure you we would be happy to review your account, and to see what options may be best for you.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
