Xfinity is not available at my new address
My wife and I are moving to a new home 20 minutes outside of Nashville and looking at new internet services. Xfinity is ranked as the number 1 service in my zip code saying that there is 99% chance that it is available in our area. When I go to put in our address I get a message that says, "Hmm, that address wasn't found". This make me think that there is no record of the address at all.
I called customer service and they weren't able to find our address either, even though our home was built in the early 2000s. The person I spoke with said that they would look into this by putting in a service ticket and get back to me within 3 business days. It has been over 10 days and we haven't received any additional info. My wife and I both work from home and it is important to us that we are able to get the best possible internet service in our area
I have also looked up some discussion boards online, and everyone on our road seems to be having the same issues. I know if the service was available in our neighborhood there would be a great deal of new customers. Can someone please put me in the in contact with the right person to help us figure out these issues?
