Xfinity is not a legit business

When speaking with the agents via phone or chat they deliver false leading and incorrect information. I switched from my previous mobile company to Xfinity to get a deal to lower my monthly internet as well as only paying 1.95 for my mobile. Never received the discount on my Internet. Moving along I chatted with Xfinity about my bill and once he corrected the issue he offered me a FREE IPAD with no additional charges besides the taxes and fees which were 72.00 and a activation fee of 25.00. He ran my credit and I received my iPad activated it and received my first month bill with the 25.00 in which I paid. Moving along the next month boom I got a bill for the iPad I called and called. I spoke with a manager that told me that I can't believe what the chat agents tell me unless I get it in writing. Good luck with that. So he offered to send labels for me to return the equipment and refund all of my money but would not correct the hard inquiry on my credit. At this point Xfinity is just out to get people and have the worst customer service. I will be reporting to BBB.
