Xfinity is losing me after 20 years - they lied to me

Xfinity is losing me as a customer after 20 years and about $20k over a $300 mobile credit that they said they would give me for my old phone, and now will not honor.  I’ve just spent over two hours on the phone and was transferred to six different agents. Besides the two hours today, I’ve spent another 12 hours on other issues in the last three weeks.  It’s a comedy of errors with the customer service agents doing nothing but reading a script, saying that they are sorry, and transferring me to someone who also has the inability to correct their own mistakes.  I will be canceling my internet and phone and I would recommend you do the same.  Good bye Xfinity, hello T-Mobile.  I cannot fathom continuing to pay a company that does not take responsibility for their own mistakes.

Good afternoon @user_xwsp46, and thank you for taking the time to post here today. Can you provide me some more details about what happened?

See above and feel free review my account and listen to the phone transcripts with the CSA department, cellular retention department (twice) internet retention department (transferred incorrectly) cell phone repair department (two different reps, two different times). I ended where I started - angry and frustrated, with nobody able to fix the issue that every representative admitted was a mistake on Xfinity’s part. Feel free to reference this ticket to get started.
