Xfinity is down YET AGAIN for multiple days with zero updates

@Xfinity Support why do you guys go out when it rains for DAYS at a time. This is absolutely ridiculous. You have given no updates what so ever.

i cannot speak to anyone, this happens at least once a month where my service is down for 2-3 days at a time. It’s ridiculous we work from home and cannot work because your service is out.

can you at least give us an ETA for when it’s coming back? I’m canceling my service and finding someone ti replace you. You guys are so awful it’s beyond frustrating you can’t even talk to anyone you just spam repeat on an AI chat box.

be better.

user_4jkm75, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time out of your Friday to reach out. I totally understand how frustrating it is to have repeated interruptions and not get clear updates. I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this, especially with it impacting your ability to work from home. Weather can sometimes affect network equipment or lines, but interruptions lasting multiple days and happening this frequently definitely aren’t the experience we want for you. You've reached the right place. Our team of experts would like to take a closer look at what’s going on in your area and see if there’s a known issue or ongoing work, as well as check for any available ETA or next steps. If you’re open to it, would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the 'To:" line, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message so we can dig into this for you. We can also review options to help prevent this from continuing, since you shouldn’t have to deal with this month after month.
