Xfinity is digging up my yard

Good Morning, I currently have xfinity digging up my yard and I have not received any notification that will be taking place. They currently have heavy duty equipment parked on my grass and dirt piled in my yard. I am not happy that this is happening with talking or notification to us. I'm filing a complaint and have it recorded in case  further action needs to take place. Someone needs to reach out asap!

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
