Xfinity is Detecting Wrong Internet Equipment
I have installed and set up the SBG10 which is considered compatible with my internet download speed. For some reason, Xfinity is detecting my internet equipment as the SBG1000 which is considered non-compatible with my internet plan. How do I troubleshoot the wrong detection?

Hi @GeraldoReyes - I wanted to know if you ever got this resolved? I have SBG10 and the https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices/#auth site is showing that I have some ancient Motorola SBG1000, and I am having horrible reboot issues that I am failing at getting resolved. Comcast claims they cannot see where this device is listed.... Any advice or recommendations on how to deal with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
