Xfinity is awful

I had trouble using my streaming services and was told that I needed an equipment upgrade. So through customer service I ordered two TV boxes and a modem. After 10 days I called back and found out that order was never placed. So I made another order for the exact same equipment. That order also was never placed. I called a third time and placed a final order. This time two TV boxes showed up but no modem and the new TV boxes could not work without it. So I boxed up all four TV boxes and modem and drove to the nearest store. I came home after and hooked up all the new equipment. It’s a month and a half later and now none of my streaming services work. I’ve used their App, countless phone calls, And still, my service is worse than when I started. I
