Xfinity is asking for equipment I never had.

Xfinity is asking for equipment I never had.  I cancelled and they are now saying that I have a TV streaming box that I need to return to them.  I never had this equipment.  I only had internet access since we signed up in 2021.  Don't have a TV.  Just watched movies/youtube on tablet or phone.  Since I cancelled, I don't seem to have access to the support chat to try to resolve this.  How can I straighten this out with Xfinity?
