Xfinity is absolute garbage!
If you are looking for a reliable cable television or a DVR you cannot make a WORSE choice then Xfinity. Consistently I have to reset the box because it always freezes. I have exchanged my cable box 3 times already in the last year. Still DVR is an absolute nightmare. Every time you hit the button you never know what’s gonna happen. One out of two times nothing happens. And you are forced to unplug and reboot. Night after night after night. I would not recommend this garbage to my worst enemy. I’ve been an Xfinity customer for 25 years and the last 2 years have been unbearable. I’ve had so-called technicians come out many times and giving me every excuse why it doesn’t work right. I am told “I have too many cable boxes.(4) I have too many shows recorded. Isn’t that what a DVR is supposed to do?Can xfinity provide this service or not? They except every payment on time though. the only reason I keep this garbage is because I don’t want to change my email address. Not even to mention the astronomical price of $300 a month for cable and HBO only. I wouldn’t even mind the price if you weren’t so incompetent.I feel like suing you people for the waste of time in my life dealing with this cable company and its garbage equipment. I am tired of the excuses and wasting my time on Gods earth calling every night and posting the truth like this. You crooks should be held accountable. Such incompetence is criminal.

You said, "the only reason I keep this garbage is because I don’t want to change my email address." As I understand it, you can discontinue Xfinity service and still retain your comcast email address. Check it out.
