Xfinity is a Scam

We had xfinity for a while. We always paid or bill. Then had to get a new bank and then all the problems started. We set up auto pay didn't work. Kept getting xfinity trying to over charge us for late fees that were the tech and customer service issues because talked to a lot of them and a manager or 2. Even had a manager on my worst customer service call tell me she was going into a big meeting where she was going to voice my issues and complaints. Which was clearly a lie. Because for the last 4 to 5 months we were fighting to not pay over $100 for our $85 service. They lied they broke the law by not doing as we asked on recorded lines! The worst part is after dropping you all we got an auto payment that came out this morning for $143 which wtf! I've already spoken to a lawyer and they said for the recorded lines and them telling me and my wife a ton of misinformation and bad information just to keep us in a bad loop of trying to overcharge us then to with out my authorization took money this morning. Which the person we took our tech stuff back to here in Cape Coral told us we shouldn't pay the 85 for Jan because a bigger big would be coming. I'm really considering sewing this company for all the drama stress and illegal things that constantly went on that we and your company had proof of!
