Xfinity is a JOKE

Xfinitys customer service is god awful and shameful, I hope more and more people continue to drop Xfinity and move to AT&T, or ANY other provider. It is equivalent to pulling teeth trying to get an actual resolution to your issue. Instead, the non-American representatives apologize over and over about your frustrations and subsequently don’t take any action to actually fix it!!! They’re all clock milkers and waste your time, just so they can continue to get paid for their “work”, while  accomplishing nothing. That’s Xfinitys goal after all, don’t rectify or credit any of their loyal customers of YEARS, just continue being money grubbers and hike the price of their customers bills WITHOUT their authorization, because they think we’re all a bunch of suckers and will just accept it. Absolutely not, it’s quite the opposite, in the end, we the customers control the company, and Xfinity will crumble eventually if they keep up with their atrocious ethics.
