Xfinity is a Customers nightmare!

Where is the 24/7 support? Why doesn’t the app actually work even tho that what you push? Why is there never an agent who is actually knowledgeable and fulfills thier duty, or at least do what they say? You can’t even cancel when you want. This is a total nightmare, I hate your service… and lack there of

I feel your pain.  I've managed to reach a support person, in the past, but I haven't actually needed any support this year.  So, maybe things have changed since I last needed support.
