Xfinity Internet

This gas probably been my worst experience with a service provider yet! My Internet service is out now. It goes out every night but this it won't come back on. I have tried all day to get some help and I can't get any. The bit sucks keeps sending me in circles. I called the number given for help and was never able to speak to anyone. I called the store and got the same that I received from calling the 800 number. I guess at this point I should just go get other service because I'm paying for frustration only. It just blows my mind you have no one to help me get it back up and running and to stay on.
