Xfinity Internet service suspended

Hi. I had chatted with a customer service agent named Vishal on Friday 6/20 to make/extend a payment arrangement till 7/9 and he said he successfully created my payment arrangement for that date and assured me that my service was not going to be suspended. It seems like he didn't set the payment arrangement since now my service is suspended and I am unable to chat with customer service. Please help thanks

Hello, @AzelusNova we will be happy to take a closer look at your account. We will need to review your eligibility for a payment arrangement. As well as the work done on the account. When you have a chance please send us a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
